The venue is spacy. Not crowded at all eventhough the concept is wide. Located at the heart of Belgium Distric of Cologne (a few steps from Stadtgarten) n a few blocks away from Friesensq. -Cologne's Party Mile Kenkawai couldnt have gotten a better spot. The smell of creativity which blends well with some drops of faith and ambition brought the American-born German-Japanese young guy and his gf to open a store in town. At their soothing store which is equiped with a small spa area you'd be the evidence how true the good old image of how a proud nation the japanese is. Have any of you ever seen and tried out an Origami Purse/wallet??? N its all made of the finest leather with either no glue nor buttons or seams/stichings! Yupe, the price starts by 150 for a small n simple purse (excellent for male). If you dont feel like doing such an investment, then you could look around and would fall for a smart n well thought ginger grater for 37. Stil not in the mood of spending money? Doesnt matter, they'd serve you an excellent tea anyway.

Das sind diese Geschäfte die so gefährlich sind, weil man hier eigentlich immer was findet was man dann plötzlich unbedingt haben will, wovon man vorher aber nichts wußte. Die Auswahl an interessanten Produkten aus japanischen und europäischen Manufakturen ist beeindruckend. Wo gibt es schon nach Origamimethode gefaltete Geldbörsen aus Leder, die nur mit einer Niete zusammengehalten werden? Diese schwarzlakierten Küchenutensilien sind ebenfalls erwähnenswert. Die Ingwerreibe habe ich direkt gekauft. Daneben gibt es noch sehr hochwertige und interessanten Teesorten. Inzwischen hat das Geschäft auch sein angekündigtes Spa-Angebot im Programm.
